Spiritual Formation:
The Seminary is an educational ecclesial community… Inasmuch as it is an educating community, the Seminary and its entire life, in all its different expressions, is committed to formation, the human, intellectual, pastoral and especially spiritual formation of the future priests (Patores DaboVobis). With this regards, spiritual formation is at the basis of all kinds of formation in our seminary. It should differentiate us from all other schools. Hence the seminary daily timetable involves all seminarians, priests and workers at the seminary in liturgical celebrations. We all take part in Eucharistic celebrations, liturgy of the hours, Midday prayers, daily evening meditation and adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament every Saturday, Sunday and first Friday of the month. Hence, the seminarians gain a personal knowledge of Our Lord and the strength to continually strive after virtues of piety, chastity, poverty and humility.
